Walkergate Park Hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is a PFI project with Northgate and Prudhoe NHS Trust to provide a new ฃ25m specialist Neuro Rehabilitation and Neuropsychiatry unit.

This new North West England headquarters for the Department of Constitutional Affairs provides 47 courtrooms in a landmark 16 storey building, and has a spectacular 60m by 60m glass fa็ade along the western edge which is the largest hung glass wall in Europe.
Providing a dramatic landmark in Manchester, this new building is the biggest court complex to be built in the UK since the Royal Courts of Justice in London.

The 6,000 seat Velodrome will host the Olympic and Paralympic track cycling events in 2012. After the Games, the Velodrome will be used by elite athletes and the local community and will include a caf้, bike hire and cycle workshop facilities.
The heating was incorporated within the main in-field areas as well as transient spaces on the upper and first floor levels. Heating was also incorporated into the competitors changing areas and officials changing areas to give maximum comfort prior to any competition.
velta is part of the Uponor Group and Uponor were also involved in the project, supplying innovative solutions in plumbing and heating for the Olympics development, including the unique modular fitting system for Uponor's industry-leading multilayer composite pipework.
Fewer parts, greater flexibility, easier planning and quicker processing are the key advantages of the Uponor multilayer composite pipe (MLCP) system for commercial plumbing. The properties of Uponor MLCP give it the flexibility to work within the natural shape of a building particularly beneficial in forming bends around the Velodrome, for instance.

The integration of a velta one industrial heating and cooling system cast directly into the floor slabs and fed from a closed loop ground source heat pump to provide low temperature heating and cooling was an attraction .
The building had varying room heights that benefited from a heating/cooling system that worked specifically in the occupied zone.
The floor was pour using the laser screed machine meaning high levels of tolerance were achieved for the slab.

The prestigious address in London, 21 Manresa Road, is the location for one of London's most exclusive and luxurious residential developments and consists of only 15 duplex, triplex and penthouse apartments.
The original building in Manresa Road was completed in 1895 for South West London Polytechnic and then became the home for Chelsea School of Art during the 1930's. It was later transferred to King's College London in 1985 and used as a research facility until 2002.
Only the Victorian fa็ade of the building has been retained and stretches over 100m along Manresa Road.

Having completed several health centres with heating only applications working directly for Eric Wright, velta developed a solution to provide the future option of combined heating and cooling.
The Platt Bridge health centre, recently completed with Eric Wright Construction was officially opened earlier this year. The new centre houses three GP practices to replace the existing premises.
The building is part of the ongoing LIFT initiative in Wigan; Britain's biggest ever project to improve frontline primary health and social care facilities and services.
velta has also completed two more centres in Accrington, part of the East Lancashire LIFT scheme, which have heating and cooling capability, covering 9,000mฒ.
