Off site production is a clear benefit of the velta system which assists the build programme and enhances the environmental credentials of the project.
velta has worked with several precast companies in the UK and Europe, installing the system into a wide variety of products – Hollowcore, Bubbledeck®, Cobiax, Lattice Girder and Wing Deck.

Case Studies
The design of a new houseblock led the main contractor Kier London to a pre cast solution.
Located in the centre of the West Suffolk area the new public service village has been designed to use sustainable methods of energy saving.
To provide a sustainable and energy efficient solution to this new fire service facility brought, velta designed a cast in situ solution to the ground floor concrete slabs with the industrial system.
