Gary has over 20 years experience within the building and construction industry as a lead draughtsman. He joined the company in 2004 to enhance the capabilities of the design department, and developed as a design draughtsman, taking responsibility for QA and drawing issue. He is experienced with our design software and is active on precast applications to prison schemes.

Bringing good theoretical knowledge from previous experience in building services, he has developed a good understanding of design and is keen to further enhance his working knowledge. After completing his Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Leeds University, Malcolm had a short spell with an Environmental Consultant before joining the company in early 2008. He has established himself as a junior design engineer with an inquisitive mind and good technical foundation, showing particular interest in ventilation and ceiling panel development.
